Indian Head Massage

A wonderful relaxing massage for your upper back and shoulders, arms, neck, scalp and face.

You can experience all of the above

or tailor your massage to a particular area/s.

There are three different pamper packages available for you to choose from for your individual needs. 

Bronze - You will be seated on a massage chair and the focus is on your upper back and a relaxing head massage. 

£30 - Total appointment time 45 minutes

30 minute massage 

Silver - A deluxe Indian Head Massage on the massage couch. Your massage will include: Upper back, neck, shoulders, head and face.

£40 - Total appointment time - 1 hour

45 minute massage

Gold - A bespoke treatment just for you. You can 'pick and mix' two different 30 minute treatments. You can choose from an Indian Head Massage (on couch), Reflexology and an Energy Healing treatment (Reiki or Chakrascension)

£50 - Total appointment time - 1 hour 20 minutes

2 x 30 minute treatments

 You will be asked to complete an electronic consultation form prior to your appointment to ensure the therapy is suitable for you. We will discuss the form, your general health and your personal needs from the massage.  

For the bronze pamper package, you will be seated on a massage chair like the one in the photo above or on a normal chair if preferred. 

You can choose whether you want to have oils used or not during your massage.

If you choose to have oils, you will need to take off your top. You will be given a large towel to wrap around your body to respect your modesty and make you feel comfortable.

If you are not having oil, ideally you should wear a cotton T-shirt that can be massaged on top of with ease.

You should tie your hair back where possible. 

I will make sure that you are happy with the pressure applied throughout the massage.
